Eligibility:
|
This race is open to Wooden
Sailboats LOA 24' or greater, and must have a valid Classic Racing Formula
Rating.
|

Rules:
|
Racing will be conducted in accordance with the
following: (a) the 2005-2008 Racing Rules including prescriptions of US
Sailing, (b) this notice of race, (c) the Sailing Instructions and any
amendments thereto.
|
|
Registration:
|
Submit the Entry Form with the appropriate entry fee of
$60 for members of US Sailing or $65 for non-members, to Greenport Classic
Yacht Regatta, PO Box 529, Greenport, NY 11944. A Waiver of Liability,
which will be sent with the race instructions, must be submitted by 8:30
pm, the day before the race.

Greenport, NY. Dockage will be available at
Claudio's (631) 477-0355 or Preston's (631) 477-1990
prior to race day. Please make arrangements accordingly.

Course:
|
Sail Greenport is held in Gardiners Bay. The course is
15 - 20 miles long.

Scoring:
|
Scoring will use the Classic Yacht racing formula (
CRF).

Prizes:
|
Prizes will be awarded for the first three to Four places
in each class based on the number of entries.

|
Sailing instructions will be available at the Welcoming
Party and at the Skippers Meeting
